The Beginner's Yoga series is a great way to focus on your poses, ask questions, develop your practice and make new friends. Ashley will demonstrate poses and make alignment adjustments, focusing on your practice. This is a great way to learn the basics in an intimate, non-competitive environment.

Laura teaches inversions in the vast majority of her classes in Austin, Texas.  She believes in the benefits of inverting for the health of our nervous system, circulatory system, etc, but largely for the mental benefits.  When you are upside down, you can't think of anything else but being upside down--it is the ultimate experience of presence embodied in our asana practice.   Laura is so excited to come home for the holidays and offer this 2-hour "Inversion Immersion" to help you build strength and confidence in your inversion practice.  It is recommended that you have been practicing steadily for one year before attending this workshop.  If y...

Thai Massage is a fully clothed bodywork art practiced on a soft futon on the floor. It is a combination of gentle-yet-powerful stretching techniques and deep, mindful compressions. Hands, feet, elbows, and knees are utilized to open the energy channels and dissolve habitual patterns of tension. At it's core Thai massage is a meditative experience rooted in loving-kindness that provides therapeutic release and relaxation.

Please wear comfortable clothing to your session. Yoga clothes, sweats, pajamas, or stretchy clothing of any kind work well. If you get cold easily please wear leggings and long sleeves or bring a light sweater.
