Thai Massage is a fully clothed bodywork art practiced on a soft futon on the floor. It is a combination of gentle-yet-powerful stretching techniques and deep, mindful compressions. Hands, feet, elbows, and knees are utilized to open the energy channels and dissolve habitual patterns of tension. At it's core Thai massage is a meditative experience rooted in loving-kindness that provides therapeutic release and relaxation.
Please wear comfortable clothing to your session. Yoga clothes, sweats, pajamas, or stretchy clothing of any kind work well. If you get cold easily please wear leggings and long sleeves or bring a light sweater.

Most people find that yoga nidra brings immediate physical benefits, such as reduced stress and better sleep, and that it has the potential to heal psychological wounds.
