Thai Massage is a fully clothed bodywork art practiced on a soft futon on the floor. It is a combination of gentle-yet-powerful stretching techniques and deep, mindful compressions. Hands, feet, elbows, and knees are utilized to open the energy channels and dissolve habitual patterns of tension. At it's core Thai massage is a meditative experience rooted in loving-kindness that provides therapeutic release and relaxation.

Please wear comfortable clothing to your session. Yoga clothes, sweats, pajamas, or stretchy clothing of any kind work well. If you get cold easily please wear leggings and long sleeves or bring a light sweater.

Please join us as we honor and celebrate this year's 200 hour teacher training group! These brave souls have dug deep, worked hard, surrendered even harder, and served our community at large in numerous ways. This playful class, with Mika Groscost, encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and play yoga in this energy releasing class. This class is open to all children between the ages of 5-10.
