2018 Fall Beach Retreat

Would you like to get away for a few days this Fall with a small group of people looking to truly revitalize body, mind, and spirit? Us, too! Danielle Snoddy will be leading an all inclusive retreat in a beautiful home on the gulf coast on beautiful 30a. We will practice yoga on the huge roof top deck surrounded by lush state forests and coastal dune lakes and share Ayurvedically balanced and cleansing meals. There will be plenty of time to swim in the private pool and lounge on the beach just a block away. There will also be optional meditations, an Ayurveda session to assess any imbalances you may be experiencing and how to bring you back into a state of ease and self-care techniques.

 

When: September 21-26, 2018

 

Retreat cost: $958 includes all yoga, meditation, Ayurveda sessions, two meals per day plus lodging. This price does not include transportation, dinner one evening, or optional activities. Payment plans are available.

 

Sample daily schedule:

  • 6 am - Juices, coffee, and tea available

  • 6:30am – Optional morning meditation

  • 7-8:30 am – Yoga practice on the rooftop

  • 9 am – Brunch

  • 9-2:30 – Free time / Snacks

  • 2-3:30pm Various/optional workshops (Ayurveda, meditation, and self-care)

  • 3:30-5:30pm – Free time 

  • 5:30-6:30pm – Yoga practice on the rooftop

  • 6pm – Dinner

 

Check in - 5 pm on Friday, September 21st

Check out - 10 am on Wednesday, September 26th

 

This retreat is open to all people regardless of yoga experience. This week is aimed at YOU. A time for you to listen to you. A time for you to find clarity and stillness and also a time to celebrate and feel supported by other fun loving people while letting your true self be seen, heard, and embraced.
