A PROPER, NUTRIENT DENSE DIET IS ABSOLUTELY VITAL WHEN IT COMES TO EXPERIENCING OPTIMAL DIGESTION, HEALTH AND VITALITY. HOWEVER, THERE IS ANOTHER MAJOR FACTOR THAT IS OFTEN OVERLOOKED.
