Yoga Nidra - Get Some Rest and Quiet Your Mind

When: Monday evenings from 7-7:45pm - August 13th, 20th, and 27th What you will need: comfortable clothing and a pillow (optional) What to expect: You will be lying comfortably on a mat and blanket with support under your knees for 30-40 minutes. Danielle will guide you through several stages. You start by developing an intention for your life and for the practice then you learn to focus your awareness on your breath, bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Throughout, you are encouraged to tap into an underlying sense of peace that is always present. Yoga nidra allows you to reach a profound level of relaxation.
