March 15th - 17th, 2019
This spring, you are invited on a beautiful weekend of solid rest and relaxation with a strong, loving and supportive community. This may be a foreign concept for you, but trust that your sense of curiosity is guiding you to a more natural state of inner alignment. Take a deep breath, accept that you are allowed to have such a moment and rearrange your hectic schedule. May we have more experiences that help us feel complete contentment and remember who we truly are at the core of our being.
It is so important to recharge our internal batteries in order to embrace each day with awareness and the fullness of whatever may come our way. This retreat will focus on strengthening your relationship with your inner truth and beauty, while harnessing your creative force to manifest a more peaceful, positive, vibrant, abundant YOU.
In this weekend retreat, we will explore how to refine our practices, our very way of life, and our food choices (Gray Bear serves lovely, nutrient dense real food), to help support the whole of who we are. We will explore yogic practices, self-care, intention setting, meditation as well as experiencing the power of just being in nature.
May this time away help you embrace your next steps in life with an open heart, and relaxed state of mind - recharged and replenished! Just like green leaves emerging from barren branches, let us bloom, fertile and full, with renewed spirit. Let us engage and harness that energy to activate our deepest potential.
Like roots finding water, we always wind up moving towards what sustains us.–Mark Nepo
