March 11th – Chakra 3 – Willpower, Discipline, Confidence, Self-esteem – Core strengthening and twisting practice

March 18th – Chakras 4 & 5 – Love, Compassion, Joy, Kindness + Originality, Authenticity, Truth – Backbends + Balance

March 25th – Chakras 6 & 7– Intuition – Clarity – Inner and Outer World + Spiritual Connection – Oneness – Deep Peace – Long guided meditation at the end of an inversions practice
