Deepen trust in your capabilities for birth and motherhood. This class is designed to ease tensions common in pregnancy by supporting your body, mind, and heart. You will be guided through safe yoga practices that include breath-work, asana, and meditation. Learn modifications for your changing body. Share this experience in a one of a kind community of women. Open to all levels and stages of pregnancy. In fact, many mamas have their first yoga experience in a prenatal class!

This class is dedicated to creating connection. Connection between you and your baby, connection between you and your body, and connection between you and a community of other mamas. We will bring special awareness to the pelvic floor and the abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti), so that you are moving your body in a safe and beneficial way. We will, also, use special yoga techniques to prepare you not only physically, but mentally and emotionally for the birth process.
